Customer requests appointment to discuss the Business Opportunity and Scope of Work with PM Solutions Consultoria in order to get a quotation for the Services. PM Solutions Consultoria will issue a quotation to perform the Assessment of the Project. Upon Customer sign off , PM Solutions Consultoria will start the work.

PM Solutions Consultoria compiles the findings and issue a Report to the Customer suggesting next steps actions and quotation for continuing the APIC Consulting Services till the end

Once the Customer signs off to proceed to next steps we will facilitate on site sessions with Customer’s team in order to plan implementation of chosen solutions for the project and the project execution strategies.

(FRONT END ENGINEERING DESIGN), also called FRONT END LOADING.
We finally deliver a Report and prepare a presentation for executives and stakeholders buy in (some companies call it a gate review),
